Well, today the government eased some of the Covid-19 restrictions allowing us back on the allotments.
In summary, here's before and after yesterday's efforts :)
So my goal today was to transfer and plant the various seedlings I have around the front of the house and also to transfer my spuds from the raised beds in the front garden.
So the move is on..
As the fencing hasn't been completed by the council I'm making a walk way around the plot to allow access for this work.
I had originally planned to quarter my plot into four and do crop rotation but after watching a few YouTube videos today I realised this didn't have any major benefits.
Looking at the tools situation I have most between the house and the plot and really need to get rid of stuff! Nice surprise to fond some seeds potatoes though :)
The plot itself was ploughed into four large beds. I've since worked with this to make 8 smaller ones running the width of the plot.
So beds 7 and 8 after for nursery plants which I will move on later.
Beds 5 and 6 now have radishes in and will have other small plants
It was great to see one of my spuds survived the ploughing.
So most of the spuds are gone from my front garden now and I'll transfer the rest tomorrow.

Beds 3 and 4 have my transposed spuds in as well as some seed ones I found in the tool lock-up
