Hot Composting

(3/8/19) Talking with my sister in Mayo after watch various YouTube videos we decided to transform our current composting bins into a hot compostor.

(4/8/19) The goal of the compostor is to:

a) Provide two bins (one full & one empty) that the raw compost can be swapped between after it has reached 40 to 60 C for three days (so probably after 4 days or so). But before it reaches 70 C as this kills off all the good bacteria. And to do this at least three times. Ensuring the side material is rotated to the core each time.

b) Provided a number of secondary bins the hot compost can be transferred to in a cascade.

c) The final bin will have the sieved output that can be used on beds.

d) It is expected that once a month the bins will be cascaded so probably 2 (hot) +3 (compost) +1 (sieved) => 6 bins in total.

e) Make a thermometer to monitor the core of the hot compost
